Duane Forrester works for one of the more popular search engines, Bing.  He is the Senior Product Manager with Bing’s Webmaster Program.  Before Bing, Forrester worked with search engine marketing in running the search engine optimization, or California SEO, program for the Microsoft Network, or MSN.

He is the founding co-chair person for the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) SEM committee and used to be on the board of directors for SEMPO.  Forrester is also an author of two books: How To Make Money With Your Blog and Turn Clicks Into Customers.  Both of these titles are excellent resources for the business owner who is just starting to get their business online.

Although in the past, the focus of SEO was almost entirely on Google, today it is now not the only search engine site that companies have to master.  Bing has recently added a bunch of tools to the tool box in an effort to compete with the other main search engine, courtesy of Duane Forrester.

One of these Bing Webmaster Tools has to do with keyword research.  Bing started using an organic keyword research tool.  California SEO companies will not be given the limiting 30 days of data as they had in the past from other tools.  Also, this tool does not use paid data, using organic information instead.

The new keyword research tool has a lot of neat features Bing users can enjoy.  For example, the last 25 searches are automatically saved to the computer’s search history.  There is a language filter on the tool and it can export data to concurrent versions systems, or CVS.  The key phrase research is based off of organic queries.  The numbers are actual numbers; nothing is rounded or averaged out as Google does.  These are just some of highlights Bing users can come to expect.

SEO los angeles marketing companies do a great deal of  keyphrase research before launching an SEO campaign.  This task can be difficult since the search engine algorithms, like Google’s new Penguin algorithm, are constantly changing.  And now the tools, like Bing’s new keyword research tool, is keeping marketing companies on their toes as well.

The greatest challenge in internet marketing is getting a high ranking on search engine result pages, or SERPs.  This is crucial to all publicity when marketing a website.  Search engines pull up top results that are relevant to whatever key words are typed in to the search bar on Google or Bing.  Based on how relatable those sites are to the keywords determines the order in which they show up on the SERP.

The higher a website is found on the SERPs does not just look good, but it also amounts to more people clicking on that link.  This, in turn, leads to more followers, which leads to a better business.

A good SEO company can master adding the right amount of links to a page to give it a better chance of ranking higher on search engine result pages.  They use the keyword research tools, like the new one found on Bing, to help them achieve this.
